Hi, I’m Hannah, the owner and nail technician behind Hannah’s Nail Lab! I’m passionate about natural nail health and creating a relaxing, personalized experience for every client. I love helping you achieve beautiful nails while keeping their health and strength a priority. My private salon suite is conveniently located near Drexel Town Square and several shopping centers, making it easy to visit from Oak Creek, Milwaukee, Racine, Kenosha, and surrounding areas. My goal is for every appointment to feel like a little time set aside just for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. Genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis. • No-call / no-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service, and unfortunately will lose booking privileges. • Excessive rescheduling (2+ of the same appointment) or repeated last-minute changes may be handled at my discretion. • If you are more than 9 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled, and if your service cannot be completed due to late arrival, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. • Please avoid arriving more than a few minutes early. I may still be finishing with another client, cleaning/sanitizing, or taking a quick break before your appointment. If you prefer an earlier time, please book an earlier available slot. • Please arrive with bare nails, unless I applied your current enhancement and you booked for a fill, or you booked a removal with your service. • I do not offer refunds on any services or fees. If you have concerns about your service, please reach out within 24–48 hours. By booking, you agree to all policies listed above.
